Found this at Waiting On Martha and LOVED it! I mean, seriously, for most of us isn't setting the table properly a lost art? I was taught as a child to set a proper table, but it's a struggle for me to pass these time honored traditions of good etiquette onto my reluctant teenage sons. We make a point to eat dinner together as a family almost every night, and my boys can set a basic table. But the table is rarely set with all these extra glasses or utensils unless it is Thanksgiving. A well set table makes the meal seem special; it encourages lingering conversations and honors the guests who sit around it.
