Pops of Color at Sourcing At MAGIC

 

Bright pops of color and neons were seen  at the various shows at Sourcing At MAGIC. Here are a few shots I wanted to share because they have multiple trend stories to tell.

Not only are the 'brights' a trend, but so are the clever use of terrariums as a design element as you can see here.

 

This animal skull, a traditionally western motif, becomes a modern design element when spray painted white with a patterned overlay. The use of paint and color creates a relationship between unrelated design elements - lace undergarments, wood crates, and a skull. Weird or not, it definitely caught my attention. Isn't that the point?
