I wanted to share some of what I'd seen in Las Vegas at the Sourcing At MAGIC show I attended in August. While walking the shows, I like to take the pulse of what's happening with tie-dye too. I am pleased to say that it is present in almost all the markets I saw. What's presently trending in tie-dye is the ombre or dip-dye look. The use of sophisticated color palettes and elegant silhouettes make it a must-have addition for many of the clothing lines.
I have a question to ask... Do you think tie-dye is becoming a seasonless classic the way denim, polka dots, animal prints and stripes are?
